She has over 12 years of experience in the sport for the development and peace sector. She was the Internal Operations manager of PeacePlayers-Cyprus (PP-CY) since 2012, which was using the game of basketball as a tool to bridge the divide between communities in Cyprus. She was responsible for the effective running and implementation of the program activities, events, promotion and visibility of PP-CY and worked with the internal team to monitor the running of operations and outreach of the organization. She oversaw the internal operations of the program including EU projects, human resources, internal policy development and adherence, capacity building of the local team through internal and external training opportunities and financial reporting. With the conclusion of PP-CY programming in May 2023, she founded United Sports Cyprus (USC) in August 2023, with a primary goal to unify and educate communities through sports, with a mission to dismantle physical barriers associated with xenophobia and inequality while integrating minority groups into society.
