The iTAGe project implemented  by AHDR is inspired by UNESCO MGIEP (Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Education for Peace and Sustainable Development) to draft a Youth Policy Paper on promoting peace through education in Cyprus.

The Cyprus iTAGe 2021 youth-driven project ‘Using a Youth Lens to revisit Education for Peace in Cyprus’ focuses on the role of education from a youth-perspective in promoting a Culture of Peace in Cyprus and brought together representative from the communities of Cyprus to discuss topics relevant to peace and education in the local context. Besides the online discussions and meetings with educational stakeholders, participants also contributed to the development of a policy brief.
